Does it ever feel like you have so many thoughts just swirling around your brain? Unlike your desk or your desktop, your mind doesn’t have folders to keep things tidy - so, what do you do with these thoughts?

Welcome to the practice of the brain dump. This isn’t just a tool for doing more,it’s a ritual for being present in everything you do. Imagine a fresh, blank page of a new linen notebook. That is exactly  how we are going to make you feel.

The Luvéara method: A Three Step Ritual

  1. The Release:  Grab a blank sheet of paper. Write without any judgement. Whether it’s a major deadline or a tiny nagging task, let it out. This is the act of putting the weight down.

  2. The Filter: Organize your thoughts into three minimalist buckets.

    1. Essential: Tasks that require your immediate energy.

    2. Non-Essential: Tasks that can wait or let go of entirely.

    3. Someday: Creative dreams or ideas that don’t belong in this week’s light.

  3. The Boundary: Once it’s on the paper, let go of that thought. It has a home now. It is no longer allowed to occupy your mind.

If you are feeling a little stuck, here are a couple of prompts to get your brain going:

“What is currently taking up the most background energy in my mind?”

“What am I currently holding on to that no longer serves my current season?”

“If I had total permission to rest the entire day, what would still stay on my mind?”

We don’t clear the mind to fill it back up immediately, we clear it so we can finally see the light we’ve been carrying.

Sincerely,

Luvéara
